Trump Organization executive Weisselberg charged with grand larceny, tax fraud and falsifying business records

Allen Weisselberg, chief financial officer of Trump Organization, has pleaded not guilty to charges of grand larceny, tax fraud, falsifying business records and conspiracy brought by New York prosecutors.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance and New York Attorney General Letitia James, both Democrats, attended the court hearing on Thursday. Weisselberg was brought into the courtroom in handcuffs, having surrendered himself to the authorities earlier in the day.
